(This is Cheryl.) This shot of Cheryl, Caroline, and a Cattus Island employee prove that we left the couch on Monday after an eventful and exciting wedding weekend for Aunt Cristen and Uncle Jason...and indeed ALL of the Zukowski and Lupo families and friends. On Monday, the eldest Zukowski girl and her family headed to Cattus Island for some relaxing, educational nature time. We would later go on a 90 minute walk around the island, looking out at various points and trying to remember the last time we visited the preserve. (Jay and Cheryl...25 years? Caroline...never.)

Your photo brings back lovely memories of the many hikes that Carol and I took with the five cousins when they all were growing up. Jason, James, Rebecca, Kim and Chris would walk the trails and look for interesting animals and plants. Thanks for the memory!! I haven't been to Cattus Island in yeaers!!
I used to go there as a kid. Neat.
Glad to see your post. Adam was just lamenting that he feared your blog was dead. We won't know how to parent if we can't search your archives.
